1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 888php08 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the 888php08 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 888php08 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been excluded from gambling services by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 888php08, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.

888php08 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 888php08 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 888php08. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and other required details during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your 888php08 login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 888php08 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• KYC verification: 888php08 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID.
• Account inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure, subject to applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such action is taken.

888php08 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 888php08 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: 888php08 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable limits.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. 888php08 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds: Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Transaction fees: 888php08 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 888php08 accepts no responsibility.
• Declined transactions: 888php08 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 888php08 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 888php08 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus or associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 888php08 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated tools, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 888php08 Platform — including live casino tables, slot games, bingo rooms, and specialty titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules.

• All outcomes in 888php08 games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical game outcomes. 888php08 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 888php08 will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. 888php08 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after they have been confirmed.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 888php08 servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. 888php08 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888php08 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the 888php08 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 888php08 Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 888php08 support immediately. Exploiting a known bug rather than reporting it will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888php08 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 888php08 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 888php08.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 888php08 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of 888php08 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888php08 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your own negligence, including failure to secure your account credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond 888php08's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Any errors in game outcomes that are subsequently corrected in accordance with the server record, as described in Section 6.
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays outside the direct control of 888php08.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to 888php08. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination & Suspension

888php08 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Any other reason that 888php08 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, 888php08 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 888php08 customer support. Upon closure, any pending bonus funds will be forfeited.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 888php08 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction records, the data held on 888php08 servers shall constitute the primary evidence and shall be given significant weight in any dispute resolution process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

888php08 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 888php08 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
